TERMS & CONDITIONS
- Please only arrive at the time of your appointment.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with 36 hours' notice.
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.
- If you are running behind schedule, we will do our best to accommodate you, but we may have to adapt the treatment to the shortened time. If the delay is beyond 20 minutes, it may be necessary to reschedule.
- Upon booking a treatment, please complete your pre-treatment questionnaire. We will complete a consent form in the clinic before starting the treatment.
- Please inform us if you are pregnant or have an underlying medical condition so we can give you the best advice on the suitability of treatments. Any medication being taken at the time of treatment will also need to be made clear.
- The client’s responsible for ensuring that he/she provides us with all relevant medical details before each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage due to the client’s failure to disclose such details.
- Please do not use exfoliating acids, retinol or any other resurfacing products 2-3 days before your treatment.
- Please do not use a sunbed or have been exposed to strong UV for at least five days prior to most treatments.
- For laser treatments, do not use fake tan for ten days before the appointment, and no substantial UV exposure for 30 days. Do not use exfoliating acids, retinol or any other resurfacing products for 5 days prior to the appointment
- Treatments can only be performed on adults over the age of 18. We can offer certain treatments to anyone aged 14-18, but they will require the consent of a parent or guardian.
- We do not store credit or debit care information or share customer details with any third party.
